A sede depois de beber! O Efeito do Alcool

Alcool - Aqui referido como alcohol -

Quando pegamos a molecula do alcohol, tipo ethanol - C2-H5-OH, comumente misturado nas bebidas, e colocamos em nosso corpo, a mistura de ethanol com os ingredientes de nosso organismo formam  acucar.  composicao quimica C6-H12-O6. Obeserve aqui que o Carbono, o Hidrogenio, e tambem o Oxigenio estao presentes, tanto na molecula do alcohol como tambem na molecula do assucar.

O nosso organismo e composto de muita agua (H2O).  Tanta agua que significa  60% de nosso corpo. A agua e base pra tudo, e quando dissolvemos o excesso de acucar que foi criado no organismo, bate uma sede muito grande, daquelas que so batem quando comemos algo doce na hora. Se tivermos dormindo, acordamos e nos enchemos de agua.

Se nos nos hidratassemos diariamente, e tambem exercitassemos, acababariamos exalando algumas  moleulas de agua, e tambem de alcohol, atravez de nosso suor. Com isso o corpo nao conservaria esta invasao repetina do alcohol. e nao federia - veja ao lado um post sobre tomar banho.

O sangue se mistura com a composicao do alcohol e logo esta mistura rica em carbono, e hidrogenio, quando misturados com os acidos oriundos do alcool se trasnformam em gorduras. Ai entao entra o aumento de gordura, com areas do corpo desidratads formando bolsos de gorduras, ou murcilhas.

---- Voce vai ficar gordo, ou gorda! Ou voce vai ficar desidratado completamente, e parecer envelhecido por mutios anos nos olhos da sociedade. O pior simtoma do alcohol esta na aparencia do individuo. Uns ficam avermelhados, outros ficam velho depressa, com gordura espalhadas em lugares errados. Claro, alem da deteriorizacao fisica, aparece as sequelas das intoxicacoes. ---- Obom do negocio e que se pode parar por um tempo e melhorar a aparencia quase que de imediato.

Veja que uma bebida alcoholica e acida ja por natureza. Quando falamos em acidez aqui, estamos falando deste queimor no peito, diariamente, ou em certas horas do dia. Trata-se de uma gastrite oriunda da quantidade de acido que ficou despositado no sistema digestivo. Acidez significa um "potencial hidrogenionico"  (PH), com um valor menor que 7. A agua, pra ser boa pra beber deve ser neutra - ou seja, ter o PH igual a 7. Um elemento como a agua, embora seja clara aos nossos olhos pode estar acida ou basica sem que percebamos. Um Ph abaixo de sete significa acidez,  e acima de sete significa ama  base.

Mas saiba que potencial hidrogenionico nao e somente medido pelos atomos de hidrogenio. Existe outras combinacoes de elementos involvidos, e por isso e chamado "potencial", e nao quantidade.

Ja o acucar age como um criador de problemas. Na verdade, o acucar tem 12 hidrogenios, mas tambem tem carbono, observe acima. E por isso, alem da acidez no estomago, podera haver uma criacao de acucar, e com isso, aquela sede grande, e devido nossa composicao fisica, temos tendencias a conservar carbono e hidrogenio desta mistura. Perai - nao falamos em carbono. Bem, este esta no sangue, e isso tudo ja entrou na rede sanguinea. Esta combinacao de hidrogenio e carbono cria gordura, qual se alimenta do acucar, e se armazena no corpo, cada dia se modificando, e criando areas desidratadas, e envelhecidas, e tambem areas gordas, com grande concentracao de oxigenio e carbono. O Hidrogenio da agua e usado pra criar mais gorduras, que viajam nas veias junto ao sangue e se aglomeram por aqui e por ali.

A falta de exercicio e o excesso de alcohol somente cria problemas

Em resumo, alem de salientar o que acontece com o excesso de acool no organismo, eu demonstrei como isso afeta a gordura e a aparencia. Nem quero tocar no lado mental - esta podera ser discutudo depois. O importante, aqui, e que saibamos os efeitos do alcohol em nosso organismo.

Um outro assunto seria os tipos de pessoas alcoholicas. Existe 2 tipos. Um que bebe ate ver o final, e o outro que bebe ate cair e dormir.
O que bebe ate ver o final se anestesia, se esquece o que faz e quer beber uma bebida atras da outra. No outro dia acorda mal humorado e desconta nos que estao perto. Acaba perdendo emprego por falta de disciplina. Este ate pode ter um pouco de controle, pois somente faz isso nos finais de semana. Quando um ser se anestesia com a bebida, ele desliga a memoria daquele dia. Nao pode participar de conversas. Isso acontece com todo mundo que fica bebado. Se vomitar, melhor, mas os acidos se vao, e o corpo perde muito potassio, e com isso e preciso se alimentar, senao no outro dia fica doente com o mundo e com o corpo.


O que bebe e cai , quer beber sempre pra poder cair e dormir, e acaba misturando o que tiver. Esquece da vida e das consequencias de estar bebado, e sempre entra em encrencas. No periodo de intoxicacao, qual e mais demorado, pois o organismo ja vivenciou esta mistura outras vezes, o individuo participa em tudo, e ate faz mais sentido varias vezes, mas logo sai da conversa e vai se deitar.

Ambos podem e bebem socialmente, pois sabem as consequencias do dia a dia e bebem para perder a timidez, e sabem ate que ponto podem chegar.

Se voce nao precisa de bebida no dia a dia, mas quando bebe nao pode mais parar, como se fosse numa viagem de bebedeira por 3 a quatro dias, voce e um caso perigoso que deve procurar ajuda. Estes se afastam do trabalho por dias e quando voltam estao bom pra umas duas semanas de sobriedade.

O resultado sempre deve ser estes. Nao se meta com bebado, e cu de bebado nao tem dono.

Entenda que nao se deve argumentar com pessoas embriagadas. Eles perderam a razao. Elas ficam valentes as vezes, enquanto outras ficam gentis.  Somente um ser sem sabedoria procura encrencas com bebado.
Estabelecimentos que vendem bebidas devem manter ordem e nao embriagar alguem. Saber a hora de parar de vender pra certos individuos.

Veja que a esposa, dentro de casa, quando recebe o marido bebado deve ignora-lo, mas nao dispreza-lo. Se ela iniciar o assunto, acaba em briga. Por mais dificil que seja se conter, e imperativo pra que nao haja brigas. O sao deve ignroar o bebado.

Ja quando ambos saem a beber em locais publicos e se intoxicam, a briga e certa.

A todos que bebem, fiquem sabendo que a alteracao quimica vai trazer depressao no outro dia. E normal se acordar muito mal humorado, e sem paciencia, e se um casal acorda assim, devem se evitar ate que a comida entre no organismo e a mente entao pode aceitar as condicoes do corpo.

Quando um bebado chegar em casa inteiro - agrade-o , ele chegou! - Lide com o resto no outro dia.

Substitute Teacher - Forest Hills Community High School, FHCHS, in West Palm Beach, FL

My years of substituting at the Forest Hills Community High School, FHCHS, in West Palm Beach, FL. were the best years of my life. It started in 2006 and ended in 2010, however, during this time, I substituted at other schools, but the one I remember the most is Forest Hills High in West Palm Beach.

Its location is just 2 miles away from my house. Very easy access. The administration is outstanding. The school is a paradise. A enormous kitchen, various garbage cans all over the place, for students to make use of it. The place is clean. Classrooms are neat. There is a patio where students can sit outdoors, even during the rain. The design is extraordinary. From various points you can see the entire out-side area of the school. It is well patrolled by security, and every student needs a pass to leave the classroom.

Students at FHCHS are from different ethnic groups, and they get along very well. Yes, there were a few fights throughout the years, but nothing major.

For a period of 4 months I substituted for students who needed special education. Although, I had no training, I copied others teachers . One Student got my attention, and he was the reason why I decided to stay longer. His name is Maynor, and he was 16 years old at that time. He had speech impairment, along with autism, and muscle dystrophy in his back making him look up sideways while walking. Maynor was very loud, and mumbled his words with different pronunciation, but clearly stated. I learned his language, and was able to communicate with him, read his intentions and even smile when I caught him trying to disrupt others. Maynor loves to touch people while he is talking. Some teachers did not like that, and tried to tell him many times to keep his hands to himself. Maynor could not draw, but he did it anyway. Lines crossing each other, and some bad shaped circles, mixed with what could be a head. When I asked him what was in that picture he said that it was what was written in the card for him to draw. He pointed each item, and for whatever reason, a semi circle was the coca-cola can. It was as if he could see half of the can from the top, and a dot was the straw. I memorized his drawing and placed every one's draw on the wall. Robert, 17 was Mynor's best friend and colleague. He was able to communicate better and they were inseparable. They always walked together, and did everything together. It was great to see their friendship. Robert was able to understand Maynor 100%, and he translated to me many times what Maynor was saying. They sat together, and on bad days, when one of them was not feeling well, they could exchange words that only they understood, but it was loud enough to ask them to cut it out.

Every day at 10 Am, after they had placed their belongs into proper shelves, returned their homework, placed it inside their folder for the teacher to check it during the class period, they would line up to take a walk at the soccer field.

We did all sort of work inside the school, such as pick up the garbage and place a new trash bag inside each container, clean the cafeteria tables, picking up whatever other students left behind. It was all scheduled during the day, who was going to do what. No one dare to separate Maynor and Robert. They both resented the cafeteria job, for both wanted to stay outside, but they took their turn. All this work was to make them feel responsible. They loved to go outside and do their shores. It was not too much. It took a lot of work from us teachers to get them ready for something that would take no time if done by the proper people. I have to say that at FHCHS they have staff to do all the work mentioned above. They were always present while we were "helping". They understood it. Sometimes they did it all and when we got there we had a free time. The staff knew every student by name, and referred to them properly. Maynor was the most popular, for he knew everyone, and talked to everyone, with Robert always translating.

Inside the classroom they had computer time, where they would do their lessons online. After they would play word games or anything in that program. They washed their hands constantly, and teachers were aware of everything. There were teachers that took care of only one child. I had a chance to be with every children, and my memorable day was when a few graduated. They were in the age to graduate and leave the system for reaching 18 years old. They did not complete all credits, but they got their diploma, they attended to prom, and they participated in the school album as well. I took 2 of them to the prom and we had a ball dancing. Everyone took our pictures, and some even cried watching them having fun. A teacher later told me that she thought I had done something extraordinary by taking the girls and dancing with them. We actually stayed in the dancing floor all night.

Every day before the class was over, we would go to each classroom and pick up the attendance sheet. I would take a group of 6 students, and divided into 3 groups of 2 and watch them ring the bell and ask for the attendance sheet. For them it was a party, to enter into a classroom and see other students.

I command FHCHS for this work and I highly recommend this school.

PS. One day a teacher asked- What is this on the wall? referring to Maynor's drawing mixed with everyones. I said, well, I see here a can of soda, and over here an eagle, and she looked at me strangely, while Maynor and Robert got up from their seat to show her the other 3 pictures. She looked at me and said that it was nice. Maynor then asked me: Mr. Milton, Maynor pan dan the gom now? Yes, Mr. Milton, Yes? Yes? - I said - Not now Maynor, but when we return from our walk, I will let you use it for 15 minutes. He smiled and said OK. The Teacher later asked me what he said, and I told her that I alowed him to play with the video game for 15 minutes after his walking. She was happy that while I was there we all got along well.  

How parents should educate their children

Parents must have this path down, or problems will arouse soon.

1- Create a written down schedule about the rules in the house.

• Time to get up in the morning
• Time to do homework
• Time for leusure alone
• Time for leusire with family members
• Time to eat
• Time to put away all toys
• Time to do a shore

2- Create a written down poster about what is not allowed in the household.

• Not:  yelling, screaming, pushing, answering back to parents, kicking furniture, writing on the walls etc etc.

3- Create a written poster of the consequences of braking the rules. "Time out" is imperative for children less than 10 years of age. They have to stay put in a place from 3 to 10 minutes. However, this technique only works when the child understands it. An adult must talk to a child face to face, in a firm, not loud voice, and give warnings that a rule is being  broken, and that if it doesn't stop that child will be put in time out.

• No cell phone
• No TV
• No Computer
• Curfew

4- Teach your child about the "food family group" and write the name of all foods in a chart and decide what they can have in the morning, afternoon etc. Do not serve them junk food at all times. Have a jar or a  bowl with all his snacks for the entire day placed in the kitchen. Have an apple, an orange, a banana, have some chips, juices, candies, and let your child know that he is allowed to have anything from that jar or bowl. However, have the time set for each snack.

5- IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDISCIPLINED  - Here is what you do!

• Tell your child that, from today on, things are going to be different.
• Unload all your faults as a parent - Starting from saying that you have not spent enough time with him or her or all of them, for that matter; and that you have been away most of the time. Let him know that you are sorry for being so rude with him, when he was just being a child. Let him know that you have not payed enough attention to his needs as a parent, and that you are going to make things better. Talk with your child as if he was a co-worker this time, by respecting your child as you would respect any other human being.
• Stop being so authoritary!
• Do not spank! It is not necessary!
• Spank yourself!
• Do not yell! It is annoying!
• Again, set the rules up front, and share with them what the new rules are and how they are going to be followed.
• Be a parent - and stop being a child!
• If your child has no discipline, it is your fault!
• BE the adult!
• Do not play the "victim" part.
• You chose this life, therefore, take it, and make it better. Learn about discipline, and apply into yourself.
• Remember once and for all, if your child has no discipline, you are the only one to blame. Start with the person in the mirror.
• Do not drink or smoke near them.
• Do not enoucrage bad behavior!
• Be aware of your child schedule and participate!

DEFINITION OF LOVE

I am in love! What is love?

First love is a chemical unbalance of the brain that is necessary for human beings to survive in community. I say unbalance because when we sense (feel) love, our brain goes into various changes in a very fast pace,  and feelings in regards to anything else are not balanced, or controlled.

When love appears for the first time (love in a sense of passion),and we have the maturity to abstain from sex, we can deal with it in a more reasonable way, but it is hard to simply not feed love with sexual encounters. We've  all learned that the fuel for love is sex. Although, it is not the truth.

When we find out that we are in love, we simply stop to existing to our friends, to family members and anyone who is not a part of our new discovery. We want to spend more time with the loved one, and they become the solution to all of our problems. Love make us blind. We do not see beyond our realm of attraction. This type of love, unfortunately is unhealthy.

For this reason, love at first site happens, and can be fuelled into a love forever. However, it is necessary to maintain alive the desire to get to know the other person. If this feeling is fuelled with lies, it will evaporates. The desire to keep this feeling can be disastrous. So, love and lies do not go together. (GET IT).

Love starts as a passion and a strong desire to learn about somoene. When we are in love, we are actually in love with the idea of learning more about somone we find atractive in many ways. We call it love, for it is a strong emotion, and we may have never felt anything similar before.

So, nowadays, passion and love are mixed up by most individuals. For this reason it is important to define passion as a strong desire to be with someone right now, without thinking of the consequences. And love is a desire of continuance.

A passion goes away as soon as we learn that the person we are affectionated with has too many baggage, or someone else comes aboard more interesting. A passion when practiced with sex is a recipe for disaster. Usually one involved will get addicted to that expression of love, and will use sex as a fuel for that feeling. The heart will search for continuance, and soon will learn that a mistatke was made. Hopefully without babies! 

A passion turns into love when one feels the need to give love. Even though, emotions are hardly involved in it's full array, humans can learn to turn a passion into love if they are honest with one another. When only one party is interested in developing passion into love all by himself (herself), he or she end up in a road called Suffering.

If your first love is a person going through hardships, be careful, for you may end up loving too much! Humans in general like to be needy, and when an opportunity appears, they think it is love. Yes, it is the love of giving, caring, sharing, but it is not the love with desire to continuance. Usually, the person to whom you are expressing love will show his need for tenderness, but it doesn't necessarily means that he will be able to reciprocate love on a long run.

When one loves too much, one wants to love extensively, but end up giving it too much and too fast, smattering the other human being. This is not love, but only a desire to help or cure someone one thinks to be in love with.

In summary, if you are experiencing this new feeling, enjoy it, but also check it out:

Who are you in love with, and does he love you back?
Is there any potential to make that love turn into "growth"?
Are you being loved back?

The answer is: YES, YES, YES for wrong reasons! "Check it out" means to know if this person who is messing with your body chemistry is worth your time and dedication? If so, why?
Has he ever loved before?

For all first lovers out there, I recommend you keep the line of communication open with your parents. They have a clear vision of what it is and what it isn't. They can't live your life for you, but they can guide you into not getting involved with liars.

Now, leaving aside first love and it's symptoms, I can directly talk about love in a sense of using the full array of humans emotions.

To begin, love and lust are usually mixed up.
Lust is a desire to be near, have sex, enjoy that moment, and in the morning, lust goes straight for the door in search of it's own solitude. Lustful people are people that experience a passion along with sex, and they confuse it with love. It is love for sex, love for attention, love for libido satisfied. Yes, it can all be love, but it is not the LOVE I am talking about.

Love is the desire to accept yourself (and feel accepted) exactly as you are and find someone who sees you as a potential for spiritual growth. Spiritual growth happens if both parties are honest, truthful, and without shame to learn about self, and share it as one learns, and discover that another being sees you pass all your physical differences, mental interpretation of something, but wants to be with you for this spiritual ride, no matter what day-to-day brings.
  
When you decide to tolerate your mate's bad habits you will have yours tolerated. This is a recipe for love.

If you see no growth, leave that person now. Growth we see when we want to better ourselves and we have someone who wants it more than we do. They are the force! If lies exist, growth evaporates!

If you see a potential for reciprocal growth, stay in there.

One common baggage people bring into their new relationship has to do with self steam. Do not fell in love with the idea of curing them. You are not a doctor, and doctors do not marry their patients. Again, if truthfulness is present, something good will come out of this.

Love is a desire to grow spiritually with somoene in despite of their faults and mishaps. Love means to accept what each day brings, and be happy for feeling loved. Love is not the idea of loving a thing or an experience, but the urge to grow together with a human being, despite of any changes in their behavior. Love is to stay together during hardship. Love means to stick there and love each moment.

If your loved one has cheated, be advised that your problem is with your loved one, and not with whomever he cheated with. It can be your best friend. Most of the time friends want a piece of what you have. First and foremost, do not have any friends to confide your life. This is only between you, your loved one, and if necessary, your family. Close friends are good, but not ever to confide what you are not capable of sharing with your loved one. THIS IS A TRAP! Friends are good when we are growing in search of our mate. They can be good shoulders. Or when we are in financial difficulty, but they can not take the space of your lover when being true (truthful) is in question.

Be thankful for your friend actions! She is gone, and probably he will be gone too. Deal with him only. There is nothing more absurd than taking matters into your hands with a third party when your loved one let it happen. Can you handle it? Can you stick in there?

Whatever you do, remember that love is not happening! Do not be silly to the point of saying: "I love him."
You love an idea of a human being near you. I am sorry for you because you call love 'your desires', and doesn't make love a reflexive-reciprocal verb, but a noun. I love you because you are the father of my kids.

I love you because you are the way you are and you act stupid, and hurt me, but you are even more hurt than I am, because you love me so much, that you will leave, if it would make me happier. I think we can work this out, but stop being guilty. It happened, and you did not control yourself, but I am glad you told me first. We will keep our honesty between us and see where it lead us to.

Only relaxed people can truly love. LOVE IS A DESIRE TO GROW spiritually WITH ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.

Third World Countries - By Milton Laene Araujo

Once upon a time, there were two ideologies to be followed. Capitalism or Socialism. Capitalism gives opportunity to self marketing. Socialism gives opportunity to equality. Although, Socialism sounds good, it is impossible to obtain completely. The same thing happens with capitalism. No nation can be one or another, and it was discovered in 1989 when the Socialists countries broke apart.

It was noticed then that a few countries did not follow any of these two choices. These countries coincidentally, had their economy working badly, and for not being part of either one or two choices, they were called Third World Countries. These countries, such India, and Egypt are old countries, and it explains that age has no part in their development.

Any poor country - Which of, is referred as Third World Country, by most of the people, however, differentiated by scholars, are countries that were mixed up with communism and capitalism and did not option to either causes vehemently. They remained neutral, and for so doing, they simply did mot favor either one, and were left behind economically.

What make a First World Country is not its age, nor the ideology it follows. It is:

• Working Ethics
• Integrity of the person
• Responsibility
• Respect to the laws
• Respect to the other human being
• Love for your work
• Desire to overcome obstacles
• Punctuality

Unfortunately, many countries that are old - such as India and Egypt, have not seen these 8 factors described above. Most third world countries can't see this. It is has nothing to do with size. Observe that Japan is surrounded by islands and mountains, and yet, it is an ambulant factory, and today is the second world economy. It has nothing to do with age. Australia, Canada and New Zealand were unknown 200 hundred years ago, yet, they are developed today.

In summary, the Third World Countries will remain behind if they do not create laws that are able to incorporate all 8 listed factors.

Third world country must change their attitude!

A good customer in a restaurant

A good customer expects good service. However, to be a good customer in a restaurant, or a good guest, one must be familiar with the ambiance and the required attire, and dress properly. To go out for dinner is supposedly a ceremony. It is to enjoy the company of a partner, the ambiance, the food, and the service.

• A good guest would not stop his conversation to pay attention to the waiter. A good guest knows what he wants. He clearly states to the server his needs, and understands that the server has other tables to take care of, simultaneously.   
• A good guest place his order and forgets about the server. A good guest doesn't have the need to worry about anything, other than enjoy his time.  
• A good guest doesn't request a selected server in a restaurant.
• A good guest expects everyone to serve the same way, with the same courtesy.
• A good guest returns to the same restaurant whenever possible.
• A good guest is gold.

In fine restaurants, servers would approach the table immediately after the guests are seated, and have a feel about the guest by informing them that bread and butter is on its way, and that he is interested to know if the table is going to drink still water, tap, or sparkling water with their dinner, and right after, the server asks if they would like to order a cocktail now, or if they prefer to look the wine list, or menu before deciding.  If a good guest is interrupted, they will not become a good customer. So, to be a good guest it is necessary to inform your server about the service you received. Not only when it was a positive experience, but all times. It is part of paying for a service. It is a "customer satisfaction information" done at that time verbally. 

In summary, to be a good guest in a restaurant one needs to dress up to have a great experience, where you would enjoy your time, without interruptions, and be served adequately, and not be forgotten. When tipping, take in consideration your experience, and be generous accordingly.

Self Help Books to conquer fear

Whenever we go through different experiences in life, fear is eminent. Fear is a positive thing. Fear is a connection with God. As humans, we tend to omit the truth about many things to many different people we relate. We like secrets, and we like to make things up as we go on. This is the verb: to lie. And it means not tell the truth. People lie because of fear. Whatever the reason is, it is connected with fear. When we lose fear, we become an angel. The consequence of fear is evolution. So, fear is a part of a human being, and for fear, we create love, which is the opposite of fear. The point here is: Human beings are not perfect.

• Fear is positive because it induces us to conquer and move on in the line of knowledge.
• Fear is a connection with God because only when we fear, we value something that is unknown to us.
• To error is part of being a human - To lie is part of an error.
• No fear = angel. Superior than human beings, and more connected with God. Angels are messengers of God in the Hebrew and Christian Bibles.
• Only "by fear" man can conquer what is unknown. Only after conquering fear men evolve.
• When we are fearful, we learn to adapt to something unknown, and we call our addiction love.
• Love is the opposite of fear because when we feel the opportunity to evolve, we fall in love with whomever (people, things, ideas,) that make us evolve, and fear is not present. As we grow spiritually, fear adjusts itself, and life is bearable.

What do we know about God?

A Connection with God!

I have had many conversations with Atheists! Some conversations ended in a small war of words, where I wanted to convey the existence of God, but was bombarded with questions about my faith. After many exchange of e-mails I was not up to par to respond to them. I made it clear that I wanted to learn about their way of life with no strings attached.

I had good reasons to approach an atheist. I was going through hard times, and I questioned the existence of a higher power. I was moved by their intelligence. To be honest with you, an atheist usually is very intelligent. They are able to debate the non existence of God like any scholar in bible studies. In other words, they study as much, if not more, than any priest, pastor, rabbi or any graduate in theology, however, with a contrary conclusion.

I admire any atheist. I admire anyone who believes that God doesn’t exist and that God was created to have all people concentrate in one single God, instead of all gods and goddess that have taken a large place in the life of our ancestors. I understand that an atheist live in search of a proof – a concrete proof that God exists. They can not understand miracles, and they are skeptical about anyone who claims to have been spared his or her life by a superior force, or a being, or an entity – which of, we call God.

Maybe they are right. I can not say with certainty that they are all wrong, as they can not ever assure that we, believers are right. It is a lost cause to try to understand their way of thinking, for it is extremely logical and filled with scientific proof. I truly believe in God, and I gained tolerance for all religions.

They are very expert about the bible, and they concentrate on its interpretation word by word, and find many discrepancies, that we overlook. We blindly accept the existence of God because we feel Him in our lives every day.

I've cheated death at least six times in my life, and I proclaim that God helped me to stay alive. I did not conquer cancer or anything in that sense, but I did not die in a fatal accident, where there was no chance for my survival – I walked away with not a scratch. I survived.

These experiences brought me closer to God.

It is very sad when human beings discard God as their protector. Yet, the same human beings, when in trouble say “Oh My God! This led me to believe that they have God because GOD is all that is, but they decline its existence as a cliché.For me, God is within us. And we can not fell God outwards. If we have the need to feel God outward, such as, moving a mountain or showing Its presence, we can not feel God within, and when we feel God within, the outward presence is not necessary. Imagine if God showed Himself and started moving things here and there. Everyone would say that it is Satan’s doings.

To obtain a connection with God, one needs to appreciate nature. Appreciate every living creature. It is necessary to respect every fellow. It is necessary to understand that we are all different, but everything that we do, is God experiencing Himself through us.
Going a little further, imagine God being alone, without anything else. God is all that is, however, He can not see its magnificence because God it everything. So, God created all living things to experience Himself. God placed living things in a different spectrum, and from that point he could then experience Himself.

Every one of us is God experiencing His magnificence. We live different lives, yet, when we place a living creature as a point B, God can then see what he truly is, with all changes and experiences every living creature does. When you commit a crime, God is experiencing himself with you. In this relative world that we live upon, there is no good without bad. We can only have one thing when the other exists. Yes, we need criminals and law maker followers. We need the good to experience the bad and be able to discern its difference. We live in a relative world, where one thing is related to another in an opposite way. We can only learn what is good by experiencing what is bad and comparing them. So God gave us the “arbitral”. We can do whatever we desire, and God will experience each one of us.



In the end, every soul will be united with God and make Him even more magnificent that what he truly is. God will see the good in each one of us, and accept our behavior as a necessity to create better way of living. It doesn’t mean that a human being who is addicted to sex have the right to commit a crime. It means that it is possible, and available, but there is the so called Man’s law. We need to abide by this law, for it was also created by God. Certain things are right and make sense as other things simply do not make sense. A good Judge will decide on this matter, and a Judge is also a Godly creation.

Without laws, we would be in a chaos.

Now, for those more intelligent beings, who believe that a different force may control our earth – I applaud them. Maybe it is true. We do not know God’s plan, and maybe this earth will be unbearable to live upon. Maybe we will have 2 degrees increase on our earth temperature every season, and have more water evaporating from the oceans and creating rain where never existed, and blizzards where it was not common. Maybe the Martians live underground. Maybe when we visited the moon we were told not to come back again. Maybe we receive energy and knowledge of other beings. Who honestly cares? This is a matter designed for our government to take care of. This information can be shared, but the time needs to be right.

It is a waste of time try to conspire against the course of life. It is a waste of time to be fanatic about the existence of UFO’s when we truly know that it can be possible and it will not change our life span of 100 years or less.

A connection with God means to live your life day by day and try to help others to endure this short span. A connection with God truly means that we can not persuade others to think as we think. We are not perfect, and only by acceptance we can have a productive life.

All the rest will come as it may.

Irreconcilable differences


I have never heard anything as vulgar as this term: Irreconcilable differences, which is used in all divorce papers.
For me it is nothing more than lack of acceptance.
How can you say that you love another human being when you are not capable of accepting him or her the way they are?
A man has 1000 pieces, and every piece is a person! A person he met, a person he liked, a person he did not like, and so forth and so on. When two people decide to commit, they need to be open for changes.

Luca got married to Sandra, and they had 3 children. Later Luca got involved with drugs and made life a living hell for his family. Sandra left Luca. She got custody of her children. Luca pays alimony. Both are unhappy. Both have jumped from one marriage to another, and both are divorced again, and again.
The children are a mess. They think they are the reason for the divorce, which most of the cases, it is true. Although, most parents swear that their children have nothing to do with their separation, unfortunately, it is not the truth. Sandra is in search of the right man, but now, with 3 kids, she feels impotent. Luca has been in and out of jail. Money gets tight. Sandra takes Luca to court for late alimony. A battle has begun and will last forever. No one will be happy – EVER.

No one is perfect! Can you get it!???

Everyone lies about something! Everyone commits errors, everyone has a luggage filled with 1000 pieces.
Only when we decide to grow spiritually with another human being, all pieces can be unfolded, and all imperfection turns into a learning process.

Life is a learning process, and we can not leave in the middle of the class. We must to be there, and try to understand why things are they way they are.
Yes, people are different, and I am not saying that you have to take it all alone. But with love and understanding you can turn things around.
Luca for example, got into drugs, cheated and lied to Sandra about everything. Luca spent all the money he had earned, and needed more to feed his habit, or addiction. Sandra got fed up!

Wait a minute!

When did it happen? Why did it happen? Who was involved?
Love doesn't mean to go away! Love mans to look for a solution. Love means to stay there and accept what is going on. It could be you! How would you want things to be if you were Luca?

When (referring here to a woman) we make children with a man, we have a link that can not be separated. It doesn't matter how hard it is, it can be mended. Even if you are hurt in the process, look for help elsewhere. Go back to your family and open the book. Tell the truth to your children. Tell the facts. Tell what you saw and what you have heard, and also tell your children that you are lost.

Do not put them aside. Do not use the idea of protecting them. It will backfire. They will grow up, and learn the truth.

So, before you decide about irreconcilable differences take a look at yourself and find what is better for your kids. Do not use your own judgment. Share with them and discover what is better for that moment, but remember that you are not alone to decide it. Use family members, and try to be understanding that people are not perfect.

There are three types of people: Low class people talk about people. Median class people talk about things, and High class people talk about ideas. These are the types, and they infer in our capacity to give and receive love. The full array of human emotions are rarely involved when people talk about people.

If you truly do not care, go ahead and get it over with! You have not loved anyone. You thought you loved a thing, or an idea of a person, but in reality, you were in love with your life style, and the idea of being in love. You are a median type of people, and things are not only things.

All aspects of the past must remain in the past, and a learning process of acceptance must take place. Accept your mistakes, as one accepts mishaps, and learn from them. Learn to love what is imperfect. Open the line of communication now. A divorce is a battle where the only winner are the lawyers.

How people truly are?

How people truly are?


To begin, let's divide people in three level categories. The first is: People that talk about people. These, I call low type of people. The second is: People that talk about things. These I call median type of people, and the third is people that talk about ideas. These I call high type of people. This combination forms a person, and they coexist together, and sometimes grow together into different levels, but unfortunately, other times they stagnate into one category forever.

We can call whatever name we want to any group of people, but in reality, what we are truly doing is comparing ourselves to them.



Low type of people engages in conversations about other people's business. They don't like to read. They follow the same values that were passed on to them. They are stubborn by nature. They refuse to learn other cultures, and have an opinion for all matters of life. They refuse to learn about science, and have no idea about archeology, fossils, astronomy, etc. They are extremely ethnocentric, and they believe that their way of life is the correct one.

Among the low type of people, unfortunately, we find nothing, but problems. The essence of life is around gossips, comparisons, hate and lack of self observance. These people are self-centered, and live their lives incomplete. They follow what other people tell them. They are all the time followers. They will never command! They can produce. They can perform any duty that doesn’t require thinking. They can work in a line of production for any factory, and they will succeed this way. They can only do sub-jobs. The good news is that they can change, if they truly want it.

Median type of people engages in conversations about things that are happening. They care about facts, and they also learn to compare facts, to later draw their conclusion based on their past information. These people are more likely to succeed, for they enjoy learning about different things, and they are attracted to the same kind of people. They understand different cultures, and they respect other beliefs. They talk about people, when it is not prejudicial to anyone. They have a great balance about who they are. They can command. They would not like any job that is not challenging. They would not follow any order. They would search for the truth at all times. The better news is that they can change to a higher level.


High type of people engages in conversations about ideas that involve people and things. They are the thinkers, who advocate for the benefit of the community as a whole. They can be called geeks, and most of the time they are lonesome. They are genius, and they can not relate with the majority of the population. They feel attracted to median people because they have a desire to share what they learned. They like to preserve the fauna and the flora of this earth. They aim to be in a higher level to share what they have learned.



These levels can only be combined through acceptance of who we are. Where we want to be and how can we get there.


Shifting this topic a little, let’s analyze a dog. Dog owners think that when their dog licks them, it is because he (it) is showing love and affection, but the reality is that the dog wants to smell everything that is out there. They want to smell who comes to the door. The licking process is his way of absorbing what is new. They lick to show that they either remember that smell or they are happy to meet a different smell.



Adolescents, on the other hand, are in search of a place to be. They inherited their parents category (level, in this case), and they are in search of what could make them fit in. Parents that are low type and median type have difficulty accepting their adolescent’s way of thinking, acting and behaving. The adolescent, however, get in conflict and can change his level to either higher or lower. Parents have the base for all influences, but the adolescent who inherited a low type of people family, will have to work extra hard to fit in. Some turn bad. Unfortunately, it was their parents fault – really!



A couple, however, can work together to fix all problems. They must grow and understand life changes. They must adapt to new way of thinking and more importantly, they must listen to their adolescent. When a couple has different backgrounds, but both are willing to learn more about things and ideas, they resolve matters as life goes on. But when a couple is set on their ways, a divorce is eminent. Low and median type of people get divorced. High type of people sticks together.

Porque os adolescentes sao como eles sao

Ser pai de um adolescente e barra!

Todos os pais de familia foram adolescentes uma vez, porem eles esqueceram que quando adolescentes eles driblavam seus pais e faziam coisas erradas, quais, eles nao tem coragem de repartir esses detalhes com seus filhos.
E assim seguem, observando o comportamento de seus filhos como se eles fossem de outro planeta, fazendo coisas que niguem poderia imaginar, esquecendo que a fruta cai pertinho da arvore, ou que filho de peixe, peixinho e.

Uma das causas de uma adolescencia mal formada e a falta de disciplina, qual deve ser oriunda dos pais e fortalecida por todos os membros da familia.

Um adolescente esta pedindo disciplina - Esta pedindo comando, pois esta perdido numa tranformacao de hormonios que faz com que eles se tornem os seres mais inteligentes do universo. Se voce tem alguma duvida sobre tudo na vida, pergunte a um adolescente. Ele tem uma resposta pra tudo, e tem uma opiniao formada sobre tudo. Embora esteja totalemente errada a sua opiniao, eles somente enchergarao o erro quando virarem pais de um adolescente.
Um adolescente nao tem o desenvolvimento cerebral de uma pessoa adulta, e por isso nao sabe muito bem dicifrar as consequencias de seus atos. A adolescencia e uma fase aonde a ingenuidade de crianca se confunde com o crescimento do corpo. As celulas se reproduzem em alta velocidade, e o corpo toma uma forma diferente, porem o cerebro nao acompanha este crescimento. Os pais sabem disso, mas tem medo de impor disciplina, e o pior, quando um pai impoe disciplina e a mae tolera os atos, o adolescente recebe mensagens diferentes, e age de acordo a driblar os dois.

Um bom pai cloloca regras claras aos filhos e exige que elas sejam seguidas. As regras devem ser de acordo com o mundo em que eles estao vivendo, e nao de acordo como os pais foram criados, ou mal criados, em muitos casos.

Hoje, em 2011 existe um meio de comunicacao que outrora nao existia, e se torna mais facil um adolescente cometer erros que poderao ser crucial em seu futuro. Num piscar de olhos eles podem mandar um torpedo para um colega de escola, com frases que podem ferir e magoar um ser humano em desenvolvimento. Num piscar de olhos eles podem colocar sua propria foto nua na internet e enviar a um amigo ou amiga.

Hoje em dia nao temos mais a dificuldade que tinhamos de escrever uma carta a um amigo, depois colocar a carta  no correio, e esperar pela resposta. Agora, tudo e instantaneo, e por isso, os pais devem ter um acesso direto ao celular de seus filhos e observarem o que eles estao tramando.  Esta e uma pequena parte em disciplinar. Porem os pais deixam isso de lado. Uns por nao estrem atualizado com a technologia, e outros porque nao querem invadir a privacidade do adolescente. Ambos estao agindo errado.

Como educar um Adolescente?


Agora vou dividir umas informacoes que poderao ajudar os pais a manter um bom controle dos filhos.

1- Crie um mural com as regras, e nao fuja delas, e nao aceite que elas sejam quebradas pelo seu adolescente.
2- Determine neste mural o horario de levantar, horario de tomar banho e horario de se alimentar de acordo com as atividades escolares do adolescente.
3- Determine a hora de chegar em casa - todos os dias
4- Determine a hora de telefonar pra dar um "check-in" com os pais e informando aonde ele ou ela esta e o que esta fazendo.
5- Tenha um tempo disponivel para conversar com o seu filho, e isso deve estar escrito no mural.
6- Crie uma caixa de opinioes - aonde o adolescente escrevera uma critica e um elogio para cada membro da familia. Isso deve ser lido em familia, e depois discutido com o adolescente, de forma privada, se for necessario ou ao redor da mesa de jantar.
7- Crie atividades entre familia, e nao deixe o adolescente ficar de fora. Involva eles em seus desejos de ferias, e peca a opiniao se eles gostariam de participar.
8- Dedique um tempo em sua agenda para ter um bate papo sobre a vida, o futuro, e o que o adolescente pensa de tudo isso.
9- Converse com ele sobre drogas. Seja honesto em sua opiniao e nao busque a sua epoca de adolescente como desculpa. Estamos em tempos diferentes.
10- Converse com ele sobre sexo - embora seja um assunto que voce nao quer tocar, aprenda a lidar com isso como algo que estara presente na vida do adolescente.
11- Limite a liberdade que voce der ao adolescente, guiando e mostrando valores na vida.
12- Aprenda a nao se comparar com o seu adolescente, e citar fatos de sua epoca e as diferencas nos dias de hoje. Eles nao querem escutar isso, mas seja mais aberto em entender o que eles estao fazendo.
13- Aproxime de seus amigos, e tenha um bom relacionamento com todos eles.
14- Abra a casa para os amigos de seus filhos, como se todos fossem seus filhos, e seja o adulto sempre. Mantenha a diferenca e imponha a verdade de que um filho pode ser um amigo com limites.
15- Quando o adolescente quebrar uma regra da casa, ele deve ser informado claramente a regra que ele quebrou e as consequencias que isso vai trazer.
16- Seja bem claro em explicar o erro e as consequencias, e mantenha firme sua decisao de disciplinar por um erro.
17- Quando conversar com um adolescente, abaixe-se ate a altura dele, e olhe nos olhos falando que tal comportamento nao e aceitavel.
18- Aprenda a dar sinais. Se voce ver algo errado, aprenda a dizer: "Se voce continuar agindo asism eu vou te colocar de castigo". E assim o faca.
19 - Observe os amigos de seu adolescente, e seja cauteloso ao decidir quem pode estar com ele e quem nao pode. Os adolescentes amam quebrar regras e adoram desafiar os pais. Por isso e muito importante que voce seja sempre firme em suas conversas.
20 - De elogios! Veja as bondades, e procure sempre lembra-lo que voce aprecia tal comportamento, ou tal forma de agir.

Se voce chegou ao ponto aonde o seu adolescente ja esta meio perdido, procure ajuda! Nao deixe o tempo passar, pois trata-se de uma vida que podera ser mal formada, e as sequelas serao enormes para todos envolvidos. Comece com uma conversa sobre o que voce espera dele, e depois apresente-o com um mural de regras, e veja se ele entende a razao destas regras.

Mostre filmes sobre drogas, ou sobre pessoas que ficaram gravidas enquanto adolescentes, para que eles tenham uma ideia de que nao precisa ser facil para ser aceito.
Nao use forca! Nao precisa bater, pois castigo doi mais do que uma surra.
Somente comece a dar liberdade quando voce perceber que seu adolescente esta melhorando.

Porem, o melhor remedio para um adolescente seria a participacao em grupos religiosos. Eles precisam alimentar a fe, e precisam conhecer sobre o mundo. Eles precisam saber orar para pedir ajuda na hora de aperto, e receber tal ajuda. Eles precisam saber que existe um ser superior, qual eles devem a vida.

Um bom pai conhece todos os amigos de seu adolescente. Se nao conhece, deve entao comecar hoje a conhece-los. Convide para jantar ou para um passeio, e preste atencao no comportamento deles. Veja quais amigos sao boas influencias e quais poderiam ser mau influencias, e a partir dai aprenda a conhecer o porque seu adolescente se sentiu atraido a tal amizade. Numa conversa informal faca perguntas sobre tais amigos, e descubra a razao de tal amizade. Se a razao for uma pressao que seu adolescente recebeu de participar de um grupo de amigos que e popular, voce entao deve saber balancear popularidade com prejuizo e entao conversar sobre as consequencias de uma amizade deste tipo.

Hoje em dia os adolescentes tem sexo aos 13 anos de idade. As meninas tem medo de nao ficarem populares, e acabam servindo os meninos nos banheiros das escolas atravez de atos sexuais. E assim a popularidade da tal garota sobe, e ela se sente a melhor, porem esqueceu que esta colocando sua dignidade em risco. A tal garota acaba sendo convidada para todas as festas, e acaba pulando de uma rapaz para o outro, e em poucas palavras, vira uma rapariga, e no final ela nao ficara com nenhum deles. E uma pena que ela nao saiba disso, mas esta sendo usada.

Ser popular significa ser mais aberto, mais espontaneo e mais gentil. Ser popular nao significa usar as drogas que os amigos usam, ou agir como um menino chamado de popular age. Isso nao sobrevive alem dos quatro anos de escola. As marcas podem ser fatais. Ser popuilar significa nunca ser esquecido - pela sua bondade, aceitacao e tolerancia aos outros.

Embora ser adolescente e barra para os pais de um adolescente, imagine a dificuldade que um adolescente tem ate ser aceito por seus amigos. Uns tem muita espinhas no rosto, a outra e gorda e o outro e magro. Enfim, a amor proprio vai por agua abaixo, e por isso os pais devem criar regras, conversar, e participar da vida dos filhos nesta epoca. Os pais devem mostrar que ser popular na escola nao significa ser bom. A maioria dos alunos populares acabam cometendo erros gravissimos, e poucos sobrevivem a sequela de sua popularidade de outrora.

Adolescentes sao cruieis com seus amigos - Eles aprendem a ferir uns aos outros - Isto e uma fase, e quando bem disciplinada, podera ser a melhor fase na vida do adolescente.

Se voce tiver um adolescente que e julgado ser mais gordo ou muito magro, ou com uma cara de pizza, mostre que esta fase passa para todos. Faca ele ou ela enxergar que a adolescencia vem com espinhas, deformacao do corpo, e mudancas. Trata-se de uma fase, e se um amigo nao consegue ser amigo em horas assim, nao merece a amizade do seu adolescente nunca - E o seu adolescente nao esta perdendo nada ao se afastar de tal grupo de bullies.

Como pai - voce deve levar o seu adolescente ao medico e procurar os meios de acabar com as espinhas, ou ate fgazer o seu filho entender que uma dieta e bom devido o metabolismo ser muito lento. Enfim, com carinho e com precisao lidamos com todos os problemas de adolescencia.

O amor proprio e a chave deste misterio! O amor proprio so vem quando os pais demontram este amor aos adolescentes.

PS. Nao se esqueca de tomar banho todos os dias, e de nao colocar perfume num corpo sujo. Os adolescentes pensam que nao tem cheiro, mas na verdade eles tem, e devem saber que um banho por dia tira o cheiro de pica-pau que eles tem.

A busca de Deus por parte do homem tem tomado muitos rumos. O resultado e essa enorme diversidade de expressoes religiosas que se ve no mundo todo – desde a infindavel variedade de hinduismo ao monoteismo do judaismo, do islamismo e da cristianidade e ‘as filosofias orientais do xintoismo, taoismo, budismo e confucionismo. Em outras varias religioes, a humanidade tem se voltado para o animismo, a magia, o espiritismo e o xamanismo.
Tem sido bem sucedida essa busca de Deus?
Aonde quer que vivamos, notamos que a religiao influi na vida de milhoes de pessoas.

1- Em paises aonde se professa o hinduismo, nao raro veem-se pessoas praticando puja (um ritual que pode incluir fazer oferendas em forma de cocos, flores, e macas – a fruta.). Um sacerdote aplica na testa dos devotos uma pinta de pigmento vermelho ou amarelo, o tilaque. Alem disso, milhoes de pessoas afluem anualmente ao rio Ganges, para serem purificadas pelas suas aguas.

2- Em paises catolicos pessoas oram em igrejas e catedrais com um crucifixo ou um rosario na mao. As contas do rosario sao usadas para contar as oracoes feitas em devocao a Maria. E nao e dificil identificar freiras e sacerdotes, com suas distintas vestes pretas.

3- Em paises protestantes aos domingos os paroquianos se reunem para entoar o hino e ouvir sermoes.

4- Em paises islamicos, pode se ouvir a vos dos muezins, os anunciadores muculmanos que, cinco vezes por dia, fazem convocacao do alto das amladenas, chamando os fieis para a salat, ou oracao ritual. Eles encaram o Santo quaran, alcorao, como livro islamico de escritos sagrados. Segundo a crenca islamica, ele foi revelado por Deus e dado ao profeta Maome pelo anjo Gabriel, no setimo seculo EC.

5- Em paises budistas, os mojes em tunicas de cor acafrao, preta ou vermelha sao vistos como simbolo de vida devota. Templos antigos com o sereno buda a mostra, sao evidencia da antiguidade da fe budista.

6- No Japao, o xintoismo do dia a dia existre entre familiars e oferendas a antepassados. O s japoneses oram em prol de tudo, ate para passar numa prova escolar.

O que indica esta grande variedade mundial de devovao religiosa?

Indica que por muitos anos a humanidade tem sentido necessidade e anseio espiritual. Todos nos vivemos com as nossas provacoes e cargas, nossas duvidas e indagacoes, incluindo o enigma da morte.

Os sentimentos religiosos tem sido expressos de varias formas, a medida que as pessoas se tem voltado para Deus ou para seus deuses, em busca de bencaos e refrigerio.

Por um outro lado, ha milhoes de pessoas que nao professa religiao – mas professam de uma forma ou de outra uma certa devocao a um principio, etc

A religiao tenta tambem resolver as grandes questoes: Porque vivemos? Como devemos viver? O que o futuro reserva par a humanidade?

Estudar diferentes religioes nao necessariamente implica infidelidade para com a propria fe da pessoa, mas antes, esta pode ser ampliada por se observar como outras pessoas tem ido em busca da realidade e tem sido enriquecidas por sua busca. O conhecimento leva ao entendimento, e o entendimento a tolerancia para com as pessoas que tenham um ponto de vista diferente.

Porque devemos as vezes investigar?
Sempre seguimos os conceitos religiosos de nossos pais e avos, e neste caso eles escolheram para nos a nossa religiao.Tem sido simplesmente uma questao de onde nascemos e quando.

E razoavel supor que a religiao a nos imposta por ocasiao do nosso nascimento seja necessariamente a inteira verdade? Ou, e’ a religiao de nascimento da pessoa automaticamente a verdadeira, aprovada por Deus?
Para mim (Milton), entender o que os outros creem e como as suas crencas se originaram, e no minimo, instrutivo e amplia os horizontes mentais. E pode tambem abrir perspectives de uma espercanca mais concreta pro meu futuro.
Hoje em dia, em muitos paises ha imigrantes de todos os lados. Assim, entender o ponto de vista um dos outros pode levar a uma comunicacao entre pessoas de diferentes crencas. E possivel que isso dissipe parte do odio no mundo fundado em diferencas religiosas. Nao existe base para se odiar uma pessoa so porque ela tem um ponto de vista diferente. – 1 Pedro 3:15; 1 Joao 4:20, 21; Revelacao 2:6.

Contudo, ao passo que a tolerancia e o entendimento sejam necessarios, isto nao significa que nao faz diferenca em que a pessoa cre. Quando se trata de adoracao, nao e o proprio Deus que deve determinar o que e e o que nao e aceitavel? – Miqueias 6:8.

Ao meu ver, a condutra de cada pessoa e um reflexo, num maior ou menor grau, da conduta religiosa desta pessoa.
Que efeito tem a sua religiao para voce?
Produz ela uma pessoa mais bondosa?
Mais generosa?
Honesta?
Humilde? Tolerante e compassiva?

Pois como declarou Jesus Crristo, “Toda arvore boa produz fruto excelente, mas toda arvore podre produz fruto imprestavel; a arvore boa nao pode dar fruto imprestavel, nem pode a arvore podre produzir fruto excelente. Toda arvore que nao produz fruto excelente e cortada e lancada no fogo. Realmente, pois pelos seus frutos reconhecereis estes homens.” Mateus 7:17-20

Porque tantas pessoas matam e morrem em nome da religiao?
As cruzadas, a inquisicao, os conflitos no oriente medio e na Irlanda do norte, a matanca aqui e ali.
O dominio da cristianidade tem sido notavel por sua hipocrisia neste campo. Em duas guerras mundiais catolico matou catolico e protestante matou protestante as instancias de seus lideres politicos “cristaos”.
A Biblia contrasta claramente as obras da carne com os frutos do espirito. A respeito das obras da carne, ela diz: (ESTAS) sao fornicacao, impureza, conduta desenfreada, idolatria, pratica de espiritismo, inimizades, rixa, ciume, acessoas de ira, contendas, divisoes, seitas, invejas, bebederias, festancas e coisas semelhantes a estas. Quanto a tais coisas, aviso vos de antemao, do mesmo modo como ja vos avisei de antemao, que os que praticam tais coisas nao herdarao o reino de Deus”. Todavia, os chamados cristao ha seculos praticam tais coisas, e a sua conduta nao raro tem sido tolerada pelo seu clero – Galatas 5:19-21.

Por que criterios deve uma religiao ser julgada? Ou melhor, E a minha religiao suficientemente boa para o criador e regente do universo?
Neste caso o criador deveria estabelecer o que e conduta, adoracao, e doutrina aceitaveis e o que nao e. Para fazer isso ele tem que revelar sua vontade para a humanidade, e esta revelacao tem que estar facilmente disponivel e acessivel a todos. Ademais, as suas revelacoes, mesmo que providas com seculos de intervalos, devem ser sempre harmoniosas e coerentes. Isto representa um desafio para cada pessoa – examinar as evidencias e provar que para si mesmo qual e a aceitavel vontade de Deus.
Um antigo livro que afirma ser inspirado por Deus e a Biblia,. E o livro de maior circulacao, e traduzido para o maior numero de idiomas em toda a historia.

“Cessai de ser modelados Segundo este sistema de coisas, mas sede transformados por reformardes a vossa mente, a fim de provardes a vos mesmos a boa, e aceitavel, e perfeita vontade de Deus.” (Romanos 12:2).
Como poderiamos provar isso?
Basta ler o que o criador disse em 2 Timoteo 3:16,17.
Por um outro lado – a parte mais antiga da biblia e de data anterior a de todos os outros escritos religiosos do mundo. A Tora, ou os primeiros cinco livros da Biblia, a Lei que Moises escreveu sob inspiracao, remonta ao seculos 15 e 16 ABC. Em comparacao os escritos Indus do Rig veda, budista “canon dos Tres cestos”, o Alcorao, os livros dos mormons, etc…que foram escritos depois de muitos seculos da existencia da bilbia.

Se alguma destas obras sao divinamente inspiradas, como alguns afirmam, entao, o que elas oferecem em termos de orientacao religiosa nao deve contradizer aos ensinamentos da Biblia, que e a fonte inspirada original. Devem tambem responder algumas das perguntas mais intregantes da humanidade.

A Biblia- Sera que ela ensina o que a maioria das religioes ensina, e que o que muitos creem, isto e, que os humanos tem uma alma immortal e que, na morte esta se transforma para outro dominio, o alem, o ceu, o inferno, ou que retorna numa reencarnacao?
A Biblia – Sera que ela ensina que o Senhor soberano do universo e um so Deus? Ou tres pessoas num so Deus? Ou muitos deuses?
A Biblia – Ensina ela que a terra sera destruida? Ou sera que ela apenas indica um fim ou conclusao para o corrupto sistema mundial?
A Biblia – Ensina ela como se pode conseguir a paz interior e a salvacao?
Um principio basico para se descobrir a religiao correta seria examinar Romanos 3:4.

“Seja Deus achado verdadeiro, embora todo homem seja achado mentiroso, assim como esta escrito: “que sejas mostrado justo nas tuas palavras e vencas quando estiverdes sendo julgado.”

A necessidade de um bom banho.

Quando eu trabalhava na Fundição da Fiat Automóveis, antiga FMB e atual Teksid do Brasil, em Betim, Minas Gerais, eu percebi que o ar que respirávamos deixava uma poeira negra dentro do nariz. O contato que eu tive com equipamentos, óleo e graxa na área de manutenção, deixava minhas unhas sujas, com um contorno preto ao redor. As orelhas ficavam impregnadas de sujeira e com isso as menores partes do corpo que nem podíamos imaginar, também ficavam sujas.

Nesta época eu já sabia tomar banho, pois quando era pequeno seguia um sistema criado por minha família e explicado por meu pai. “Primeiro a gente se molha bem, depois desliga a água quente e se ensaboa muito bem, se esfregando completamente de cima pra baixo, por todos os lugares do corpo.” Aí ele continuava: “Tem que ter muito sabonete na toalhinha de banho pra poder se esfregar bem. Em seguida ligue a água e lave bem os cabelos com xampu enquanto retira a sujeira do corpo. Deixe um condicionador no cabelo e desligue a água novamente. Repita o processo, só que desta vez visite lugares que você deixou pra trás. Faça uma concha com as mãos, respire a água e deixe-a sair, para lavar dentro do nariz. Lave bem as partes privadas e use xampu nas áreas cabeludas. Deixe de molho para dar um cheiro bom no corpo.”

Se você tem um cheiro no corpo, você nem sabe. E se você tem vários amigos, ninguém lhe dirá. Hoje em dia, todos temem dizer que alguém tem cheiro no corpo, pois não existe nada mais ofensivo do que ser tachado de fedorento.

A parte do corpo mais fedorenta em ordem de fedor começa pelo sovaco, em seguida os pés e depois o resto do corpo. O fedorento não sabe que fede, pois se acostuma com o seu cheiro, e se for um regime patriarcal, o resto da família aprende a conviver com o mal cheiro, achando que é normal o pai feder, e assim todos fedem, e confundem feder com ter Fé.

Porém, se você tomar um banho diário, seguindo um sistema de limpeza, aonde você vai lavando por partes e pegando firme como se tivesse lavando um manequim sujo, você então não precisará se preocupar com fedor – nunca.
Se você não tem um sistema, deve aprender agora e praticá-lo.
1- Tenha uma toalhinha (particular) por dia, qual usará somente por 24 horas. Esta toalhinha será usada como esfregão para o corpo;

2- Tenha uma escovinha de unhas, e leve consigo pro banheiro na hora de tomar banho;

3- Use a toalhinha com muito sabão e comece de cima para baixo – limpando os ouvidos com os dedos e lavando o pescoço e atrás das orelhas;

4- Desça aos poucos, e com xampu na cabeça, continue o processo de limpeza;

5- Ponha xampu na área cabeluda e deixe de molho. Lave as partes privadas com muito sabão. Depois enxágüe;

6- Lave as pernas e depois os pés, com o mesmo cuidado, usando as suas mãos e não usando o outro pé como esfregão;

7- Lave os cotovelos, pois estes só podem ser lavados com a outra mão;

8- Lave o sovaco umas três vezes durante o banho, esfregando sempre, pois aí se concentra o odor do corpo;

9- Desligue a água e comece o processo de se secar, qual deve ser feito com calma, até que o corpo fique bem seco – se possível, use o secador para as áreas púbicas, pois estas, quando molhadas, criarão o odor que vai ficar impregnado no seu corpo;

10- Se não puder usar o secador, seque-se muito bem, principalmente o “bumbum”, aonde cria fungos em 6 horas se não tiver bem seco. Use uma toalha seca. Se a toalha estiver úmida, você passará fungos da toalha pra você.

“Nada como um bom banho”, todos nós falamos ao apanhar a toalha que esta pendurada, mas nem todos tomam banho todos os dias. Tomar banho significa manter-se sadio.

Entendo que existem pessoas que dependem de outras para se manterem limpas, e não quero entrar neste assunto agora. Estou aqui me referindo às pessoas sadias.

A maioria das doenças que pegamos “exteriormente” estão coligadas com três distintos organismos que existem na natureza. O vírus, a bactéria e o fungo. Pouca atenção damos ao fungo, mas este já vem na água, e quando fica úmido e escuro, se reproduz. A maioria do mal cheiro nos pés estão ligados a este fator, e muitas micoses e manchas na pele estão diretamente ligadas ao fungo, e devem ser tratadas de acordo. Somente nos preocupamos com as bactérias e com os vírus, pois eles podem deteriorar um ser humano. As bactérias e os vírus estão por todas as partes, e em quase tudo o que tocamos. Mas uma forma de manter tudo fora do corpo é através do ato de lavar as mãos quase que constantemente.

Mas voltando ao assunto do banho, é muito importante secar o corpo com a toalha. Principalmente os dedos e áreas aonde a pele mantém contacto. Nestas áreas, quando não secas, criarão fungos e bactérias e logo vai sair um “cc” que ninguém vai agüentar.

O chulé vem do material do calçado em combinação com o suor dos pés e a poeira da meia. Tudo isso fechadinho cria um paraíso pros fungos. Eles até sobrevivem debaixo das unhas, se deixarmos. Aí, somente um tratamento com um anti-fungal forte poderia acabar. Os calçados podem ser protegidos com um spray anti-fungal ou com Dr. Shultz powder. Este último é bom para os calçados fechados.

Para que você comece uma grande limpeza no seu corpo, hoje ao tomar banho dedique 20 minutos. Imagine que você tenha um cheiro no corpo, e comece uma seqüência de limpeza que funcionará muito bem.

Pegue uma tesourinha e comece a cortar a metade de seus cabelos púbicos. Deixe-os pequenos ou se puder até raspe. Embora seja desconfortável por 3 semanas, logo ficará normal. Corte também a metade dos cabelos de seu sovaco, pois eles estão ali se esfregando em todas as roupas. Se puder, raspe-os a cada 2 anos (homens). Aí você estará se livrando dos cabelos com cheiro de pêlo de cachorro que você tem por muitos anos.

Uma vez sem muitos pêlos, ficará mais fácil esfregar com a toalhinha de banho e muito sabão, e até colocar um xampu na pele pra trazer um bom cheiro. Depois de raspado, coloque pomada minancora por toda a área, se vista e vá viver a vida.
Repita o banho no outro dia ou antes de dormir, usando somente a minancora por 4 dias consecutivos apor ter se raspado.
O objetivo da pomada é matar o cheiro já existente por muitos anos e evitar cabelos arruinados que poderão crescer.

A origem do cheiro de sovaco vem de cerveja, cachaça, chopp e alimentos cozidos. Qualquer coisa que nos desidrata, cria mal cheiro. O café, por exemplo, tem cafeína, e para dissolver a cafeína necessita usar água de nosso organismo, e se não nos hidratamos com uns seis copos de água por dia, retiramos a água do corpo, que já ta contaminada com o que comemos, e o nosso suor virá desta água contaminada, e assim o cheiro ainda vem mais forte.
Note que uma pessoa que bebe e não toma banho por um dia, fede 3 vezes mais do que uma pessoa que não bebe álcool. Aí, pra tirar o cheiro só um bom banho.
Para os beberrões, uma sauna seria a solução de retirar a água suja e contaminada do corpo, mas devem se manter hidratados diariamente. Se não tiver sauna, vá correr por meia hora, suar bem e depois tome um banho praticando o processo acima.

Falando em cheiro e banho, uma pesquisa Americana entre casais divorciados revelou que o principal motivo era o cheiro. Uma vez que você não suporta o cheiro do seu parceiro ou parceira, você perde o desejo de estar presente.
Eu particularmente me habituei a tomar banho antes de dormir todos os dias, e outro logo ao levantar. Jamais entraria na cama com o corpo sujo de poeira da rua. A cama não merece e nem eu mereço ficar debaixo das cobertas criando uma fauna de micróbios.
Este hábito deveria ser mantido em todas as famílias que tem banheiro em casa e que podem se dar a este luxo.
Há mulheres que tem mal cheiro e acham que é normal. Mas as regras do banho cabem as mulheres também. Elas têm que seguir um processo e não deixar nada pra trás. Para aquelas que têm um cheiro forte na “xoxota”, devem se lavar com água misturada com umas 3 colheres de vinagre e logo matará as bactérias que estão nas partes internas e que devem ser lavadas diariamente.

Se todos fossem mais limpos, os divórcios seriam menos, as pessoas ficariam mais sadias, gastariam menos com médicos por problemas de pele, micose e tudo o que dá na pele suja. E o melhor, ficariam menos fedidas.

Eu não tenho coragem de dizer a alguém que ele fede – que ele ou ela tem um “cc”. A não ser que eu queira perder aquela pessoa pra sempre – pois eles jamais nos perdoarão. Por isso, é importante passarmos para os nossos filhos os detalhes de manter uma higiene corporal boa. E isso vem acompanhado de escovar os dentes 3 vezes por dia – sendo que 1 minuto e meio cada vez que escovar, e não os costumeiros 45 segundos. Usar um desodorante bom, tipo “mitchium” – que se pode até esquecer um dia e nada acontece.

Use água oxigenada misturada com a água normal para lavar a boca diariamente e você verá que não terá mais mal hálito. A água oxigenada mata as bactérias na horinha e o cheiro vai embora. Hoje se vende nas farmácias com nome “Peroxial”, mas isso nada mais é do que água oxigenada. Não se esqueça do “fio dental”, indispensável e igualmente importante para manter o bom hálito da boca.
Ponha as escovas de dente de molho por meia hora na água oxigenada e matará as bactérias nela contida.
Lave as partes íntimas – com água oxigenada e notará que o cheiro sumirá de uma vez por todas.

PS. Existem pessoas que tem problema de glândula, qual causa nelas um cheiro muito acentuado quando suadas. Estas pessoas geralmente têm a tendência de não tomar banho, pois não sentem seu próprio cheiro, mas se tomarem um banho por dia, não passarão este cheiro para os outros.
Cuidado ao usar uma roupa com fungos no sovaco – eles impregnarão em você. Não use roupas dos outros – Não empreste nem tome emprestado algo que não foi profissionalmente lavado.

1- GENERAL THEORY
The futures Industry affects the lives of millions of people by touching the food we eat, the clothes we wear, and the material that give us shelter.
With the growth of our population and the need for more food, it was necessary to have more output of food, and it required machineries with the ability to produce more food. Transportation, agricultural storage and efficient distribution were required to keep up with the new productivity.

2- CASH MARKETS
There are two types of cash markets. There are two types of them. The first is the market we are familiar with. For instance when you purchase gold in a local store, the dealer will look at the current “going” price for gold, then add his “mark-up” to arrive to a retail CASH or spot price, which you must pay. A farmer would sell his product and receive the “going” or “cash” price, is another example.

The second type of cash market is known as the “cash forward” or to “arrive” market.
A cash forward contract is negotiated between buyer and seller, one-on-one, for a specific product, at an agreed upon price, and for a future delivery.

The difference between Cash forward contracts and futures contracts is that the buyer and seller do not meet. Instead, the transaction takes place in a trading floor of the commodity exchange. There are over 87 commodities, and they are traded in different market exchanges. The commodities are traded in an auction market. The futures contracts are legally binding. The main advantage of futures contracts is that it allows speculators to participate, bringing therefore, liquidity. It is standardized, with a set quantity, quality etc. This ability to speculate and hedge in the futures contracts help to keep prices lower. The futures market provides price forwarding because its liquidity. We are talking about price forwarding here… do not get confused with cash forward mentioned before.

3- FORWARDING PRICING
A risk of price change exists unless goods are sold or consumed immediately. Futures Markets provide a means for determining prices in advance for period of a year or more. Prices are established by the interaction of supply and demand, more specifically, by the bids and offers of buyers and sellers. A farmer or a businessman can secure a price for his needed goods of marketable wares in advance of their availability in the cash markets. Forwarding pricing is also available in forwarding contracts were the terms are negotiated for future delivery. The act of knowing the price of goods in a future time is known as “price discovery”.

4- EFFICIENCY
A Large number of traders gather in the pits, allowing prices to be determined readily. The more people involved, the larger the number of contracts traded, increasing liquidity, and consequently efficiency of the market.

5- LIQUIDITY
This term refers to the ability to move quickly in or out of the market at or near the last purchase price, and it relates to the number of participants in the market. The more liquid the market, the faster and more easily trade can be executed at or near specific prices. Without futures market in which to trade, the prices of commodities would not be determined as efficient, and probably be higher. This efficiency also helps the cash markets because the cash markets can use the more efficient determined futures prices. Another feature of liquidity combined with efficiency is the easy access for anyone who needs to transfer risk, or is willing to accept the risk. There is a readily accessible meeting place in which to do so. For every buyer there is a seller, and vice-versa.

6- GENERAL CONTRACT FUNCTIONS
A future contract is legally enforceable agreement to make delivery or to take delivery of a specific quantity and grade of a particular commodity, or cash during a designated delivery period (the contract month).
It is not necessary to hold the contract until the delivery period. If so, it will be required to make or take delivery. At any time, before the last day of trading for the contract month a contract can be repurchased or resold. The action of repurchasing or reselling a trader’s initial position offsets his initial position and frees the trader from any further obligation under the contract. It is fair to say that nearly 97% of all futures positions are liquidated before it expires and there is not delivery. The ability to deliver helps maintain the economic relationship between cash and futures prices.
The central theme of commodity futures markets is standardization. Contracts are standardized with regard to commodity, quantity, quality (grade), and point of delivery.
People that take delivery or make delivery are called user or producers. We refer to them as hedgers. These people do not like to take the risk of a price fluctuation. They try to lock in a price today for a merchandized that will be delivered in the future. Those who bid on price fluctuation are called speculators. Speculators are willing to accept the risk.
Risk transfer is facilitated because each contract for a particular commodity in a particular delivery month is identical in all of its terms with every other contract for that commodity and that delivery month. These parameters are interchangeable – another name for it is: fungible.

7- NORMAL AND INVERTED MARKET
Cash prices and future prices tend to move in tandem. The deferred futures prices are usually higher than the near cash price for non-financial contracts.
Normal market is associated with holding the commodity until the contract goes into delivery. The costs to hold these commodities are called “carrying charges or cost to carry”.

NORMAL MARKET – When cash prices of commodities are lower than futures prices.

Another name for normal market is Premium Market. Futures have a premium above cash prices. Futures price is higher.
INVERTED MARKET – When cash prices of commodities are higher than futures prices.

Another name for inverted market is Discount Market. Discount on futures prices from cash prices. Cash price is higher.

NORMAL MARKET BRINGS A DISCOUNT BASIS

INVERTED MARKET BRINGS A PREMIUM BASIS

Inverted Market is caused by tight supply, high demand or an expected surplus. These circumstances cause current price to be higher than deferred prices.

Usually, the cash and futures prices move in the same direction by approximately the same amounts, making possible to hedge a position in the cash market by taking an opposite position in the futures market.

8- HEDGING THEORY
Hedging is the transfer of risk from one party to another.

The hedger reduces his price risk and assumes basis risk.

Basis is less volatile than prices, therefore the hedgers effectively reduces his overall risks.

Basis is the difference between cash and futures prices. (CASH –FUTURES=BASIS)

A hedge position in futures may not give full protection against an adverse price movement because of changes in the basis.

9 - SHORT HEDGE
Selling short is the sale of a contract with the promise to deliver the commodity or repurchase the contract at a future time.
An individual who produces or someone with an inventory who has or will have the commodity for sale in the future enter into the market now, trying to transfer the risk of a price change by selling short that commodity now in the futures market, with today’s price. Once he entered into the market he has two positions: A long cash position (the commodity he is holding) and a short futures position.
A short hedger promise to deliver goods in the near future, therefore he either delivers goods, or buys back his contract. It is fair to say that a person who goes short the market wants the price to decline, after he had entered. He sold today something for a price, and in three months he has to buy it back to get out of his obligation, and keep his profit from the hedging.
Another name for short hedge is: Substitute sale:

10 – LONG HEDGE
Buying long is the purchase of a futures contract with the promise to take delivery of the commodity or resell the contract at a future date.
An individual who processes goods that others produce, or an individual who uses it or a merchant who buys it to sale later for profit are example of long hedgers.
A person who goes long the market wants the price to go up.
Another name for long hedge is: Substitute purchase
When hedging we take two positions. We are either are long the futures or we are short the futures. These positions require that we do the opposite with the cash position. The base takes the same position as the cash position.
A long hedger is long the futures market, short the cash and short the basis.

11- SPECULATION THEORY
Speculators try to forecast price changes and take positions based on their forecast. They are people like you and me, who can make money if they forecast correctly the direction of the price of any commodity, or lose money when they are wrong. Their role is to add liquidity, and not to forecast prices.
Speculators have no interest in owning the physical commodity, so they offset their futures position before delivery.
Speculators increase liquidity in the futures market. Liquidity here is money, which enable the market to operate more efficiently.
The more speculators, the more liquidity we see in the market, therefore Market Liquidity is found by increasing the number of traders.
Increasing trading volume allows large trades to be executed without dramatically affecting prices. When I say large trades, I mean large orders.
If we have only few speculators, and a large trade is executed, it can change the price of the commodity faster than when we have more speculators. For every contract traded by hedgers (Participants that usually take or make delivery of a commodity), there may be 30 or more contracts traded by speculators. Increasing trading volume allows large trades to be executed without dramatically affecting prices. When I say large trades, I mean large orders.
Prices change for a reason, and knowledge of factors affecting the market enables speculators to forecast price movements. This knowledge is one factor separating speculators from gamblers.

12- GENERAL FUTURES TERMINOLOGY
Let’s compare: FUTURES CONTRACTS WITH:
13- CASH TRANSACTIONS: buyer and seller exchange goods for cash.
14- FORWARD CONTRACTS: is the same as cash forward sales or cash forward purchases. The execution will be carried sometime in the future. The terms are negotiated between buyer and seller. It is more difficult to do, for you need to know the seller. Hard to get out, for you need to find a buyer that you know. It can be done with a contract specifying grades etc.
15- FUTURES TRANSACTIONS: Is the terms of a futures contract and they are established by the exchange and are known to all. This facilitates trade because the exchange stands behind each contract. Because all contracts are fungible (identical), it is possible to offset (sell or buy back) a previously established position. To offset a long future contract, you sell the same contract. To offset a short future contract, you buy the same future contract
When futures prices call for execution, prices converge, meaning that the futures price will be equal to cash prices. It happens near expiration.
IN SUMMARY: Cash forward contracts and futures contracts differ in that:
A- Futures terms are standardized – Cash Forward terms are negotiated
B- Futures positions are easily offset – Cash Forward terms are decided before and may be impossible to cancel.
C- Futures are traded in exchanges and subject to Federal regulation – Forward Contracts are not
D- Open outcry or competitive bidding determines futures prices – Forward price are negotiated between a buyer and a seller.

16- OPTIONS TERMINOLOGY
Long a Call – The option purchaser has the right to buy the underlying futures contract at the same strike price as his call, within a certain period of time.
Long a Put – The option purchaser has the right to sell the underlying futures contract at the same strike price as his put, within a certain period of time
To better understand long and short calls and puts, let’s use some symbols to refer to them in relation to the markets.

A Long –  -Takes an arrow up – We will say he wants the markets to go up.
A Call –  - Takes an arrow up – We will say he wants the markets to go up.

When we have arrows in the same direction going up for an option, we will say that it is bullish, and the client upon exercise of his option will obtain a Long futures position.

A Short –  -Takes an arrow down – We will say he profits if markets go down.
A Put -  -Takes an arrow down – We will say he profits if markets go down.

When we have arrows in the same direction, even going down, we will say that it is bullish, and the client upon being exercised by the long will obtain a Long futures position.

Long a call –   - Bullish – Have the choice of exercising – receiving a Long Futures Position.

Long a put -   - Bearish – Have a choice of exercising – receiving a Short Futures Position
Short a call -   - Bearish – If exercised upon – Receives a Short Futures Position

Short a put -   - Bullish – If exercised upon – Receives a Long futures position

When dealing with options being exercised is important to remember these arrows to find out whether it is bullish or bearish. Bullish takes a long futures Position while Bearish takes a short futures position.

A client, who purchases an option contract, pays for the premium
A client, who sells an option contract, receives the premium from the buyer.
By receiving the premium, a seller (short) is obligated to purchase a future contract.
In other words, the seller is taking the premium home. His only choice here is to buy back an exact option contract like his, to offset his position. This will happen faster if prices go down. If so, he will get the same contract cheaper and keep the profit.
Now, if markets go up, the Long will exercise his right of exchanging his contract for a futures contract, putting the seller into a harder situation and unlimited risk.
By paying the premium, a buyer has 3 choices. Let his contract expire, sell his contract to offset his position or exercise his right of exchanging his contract to a futures contract. Once he exercises, the seller is obligated to take the opposite position in the futures, which will bring more profit to the buyer than to the seller. Long only exercise if the market go on their direction.
When comparing Options and Futures is important to know:
- Standardization is a benefit for both futures and options on futures.
- Margin must be deposited for futures – When dealing with options, margin is required only when an option is sold. Short a call requires margin. Margin is required for the writer because he may be exercised by the longer and may have to deliver the underlying futures position.
- Margin is not required to buy an option
- The option is purchased for a premium
- The premium of an option is the value in which the option will be sold, and it fluctuates as supply and demand interacts.
- The risk involved when buying an option is the premium paid.
When you buy an option, your risk is only the premium paid. Even when you buy a put, which will give you a short future position if you exercise, we know that you would only exercise if you were deep in the money.

As an example: If you go long a put. Although, in futures we learned that if we go long we want the market to go up, it doesn’t apply in options alone. In options when we go long it just mean that we purchased the contract and that we have the right to exercise it because we paid the premium. The “call or put” is what decides how we like the market to behave.

Put me DOWN – Puts wants the market to go down. Be it long or short
Call me UP – Calls want the market to go up. Be it long or short.
This theory is to be used during the duration of an option contract. If the position was liquidated, we then calculate profit or loss.
The buyer of a put has the right to sell his contract at a specific price within a certain period of time. He will sell if prices go on his direction. If not, he lets it expire and loses only his premium.
Buyer of a put – Maximum he can lose is the premium, for he decides whether to let expire or to sell. If prices go down, he will be deep in the money, and he will exercise it, obtaining then a short future position, which will allow him to make more money in the futures. If he sold it, he will cease his obligation without receiving a futures position. This is one of the rights of a buyer of an option. He can sell it, let it expire or exercise.
Lets analyze each one with a simple example:
Long a Put – wanting prices to go down

A costumer buying 800 June COMEX gold futures put. We rewrite this way:
Long 1 800 June COMEX Gold put @ 50.00
Long – He is the buyer, therefore he has the right to sell it, let it expire or to exercise.
1 – Number of contracts – Gold contract size is 100 oz.
800 – The same as $800, which is the strike price of the option.
Gold –The commodity of the underlying future contract of this option.
Put – The right to sell it – Wants price to go down PUT ME DOWN
$50.00 – The premium paid to the seller.

Now, let see with a current market value of gold today:
CMV = $730 per oz.
Client long call exercised: He received a Short Futures contract – Now he exchange his option contract for a similar Futures Contract that will read:
Short 1 COMEX June Gold @ 800
Now that he is short the futures – He wants price to go down, and the price is exactly 730.00. Now he became a seller of a futures contract, and he thinks that this profit is good enough, and decides to off set his short position by purchasing the same contract with the strike price of 800, when the market price is 730.


He then went Long 1 COMEX June Gold @ 730 offsetting his position and making the profit of $70.00 per oz. gross.
In dollars it would be $7,000.

If while being short, he still thinks that the gold would go down even further, he could continue with his contract open and receiving $100 dollars for each time the gold would go down one dollar per oz. When to get out of the market is the job of the AP who will be watching the futures market behavior to get out on the right time.
Long a Call wants price to go up
Long 1 800 June COMEX Gold call @ 20.00



Long – He is the buyer, therefore he has the right to sell it, let it expire or to exercise.

1 – Number of contracts – Gold contract size is 100 oz.

800 – The same as $800, which is the strike price of the option.

Gold –The commodity of the underlying future contract of this option.

Call – The right to buy the futures contract – Wants price to go up – CALL ME UP

$50.00 – The premium paid to the seller.

Current Market Value = $730.00

When he purchased he thought the market had found a bottom, and was going up more than 900 for him to sell it. However, the market went against him. Because he purchased it and paid the premium he has 3 choices. The first is to let it expire and lose only the premium, regardless of the market movement. The second it to sell his option for a lesser price, for the premium for an option so out of the money is lower than what he paid. That is not necessary. The other is to exercise, but he doesn’t want to get a Long futures position and be losing much more money than the premium. So he will let it expire and lose his premium of $50.00 per oz.

100 oz X $20 = $2,000

We go long a call when we think the market value of the underlying futures contract is going to increase. If we are wrong our loss is limited to the premium paid.
If they increase, we can exercise and get into futures without paying any margin. Once in futures, chances are the writer will offset and cut his losses.

Short a Put = wanting futures prices to go up
We refer to futures prices – the price of the underlying commodity when the contract was exercised. If it was exercised. As far as the option, the put wants the price to go down to get out by buying the same contract strike price for the current market value.
A costumer selling a 800 June COMEX gold futures put. We rewrite this way:
Short 1 800 June COMEX Gold put @ 50.00
Short – He is the seller, therefore he has the obligation to deliver if exercised upon.

1 – Number of contracts – Gold contract size is 100 oz.
800 – The same as $800, which is the strike price of the option.
Gold –The commodity of the underlying future contract of this option.
Put – The right to sell it – Wants price to go down – PUT ME DOWN
$50.00 – The premium received from the buyer.

Now, let see with a current market value of gold today:
CMV = $730 per oz. – The short can buy it back and keep the premium and eliminate the contract.
Long client will let the option expire. He loses the premium
If prices had increased, instead of gone down, then the buyer of a put would exercise and the short put had to get out immediately.
We go short a put when we think the market will go down. Although we make money immediately if the option value decreases, Ultimately, if we are exercised upon we want the market to go up.
The goal of a short put is to see the price stay the same forever or going up.
Going short a put – Maximum gain = Premium
Risk – Unlimited
Short a Call – call wanting futures prices to go down = opposite arrows
A costumer selling a 800 June COMEX gold futures call. We rewrite this way:
Short 1 800 June COMEX Gold call @ 50.00
Short – He is the seller, therefore he has the obligation to deliver if exercised upon.
1 – Number of contracts – Gold contract size is 100 oz.
800 – The same as $800, which is the strike price of the option.
Gold –The commodity of the underlying future contract of this option.
Call – The right to buy it – Wants price to go up or stay flat. CALL ME UP
$50.00 – The premium received from the buyer.

Now, let see with a current market value of gold today:
CMV = $830 per oz.
In this case the long will let it expire and lose his premium only.
The short call gets his maximum profit – the premium already received.
If prices had increased, instead of gone down, the long would have exercised.
The seller of a call, when exercised by the long, will deliver a Long Futures to the call holder at the strike price (price written in the option contract, and not the current market value), thereby establishing a short futures position in his own account.
The short call, which now has obtained a short futures position may lose all his money if prices keep going up. He sold a call
The call holder now is long futures or offsets an existing short.
SHORT A CALL - wants the price to stay flat or to go down. Although it is a call, the seller intentions is to keep the premium, and the only way for him to keep the premium is to see the market going down for the holder to let it expire. This is when in futures. If it is an option, call wants price up to get out of the obligation.
We go short a call when we forecast the market staying flat or going ultimately down.
Going short a call – Maximum gain = Premium

Risk – Unlimited
RISK - The unlimited risk with options exists when we short a call or short a put. So, selling an option without being covered with the futures can be extremely risky. This action of selling an option without any coverage is called naked option.
When you go long with options you risk only the premium.
Summary:
Long Options – The owner of an option has a long position. He paid money (the premium) for the right specified in the option contract. The CFTC requires options buyers to pay full premium when the option position initiated.
- The owner of a call has the right to buy the underlying futures contract at the specified strike price any time up to expiration date.

- The owner of a put has the right to sell the futures contract at the specified strike price until the expiration date.

Short Options
- The seller of an option has a short position. He receives money (premium) to take on the obligation specified in the option contract.
- The seller of a call is obligated to sell the underlying futures position contract at the specified strike price to the holder of the call if the option is exercised by its expiration date. For promising fulfillment under contract provisions, the writer receives the premium.
- The seller of a put is obligated to buy the futures contract at the strike price any time through the expiration date if the put owner exercised the option. For agreeing to the contract terms, the put writer receives the premium.
INFORMATION FOR THIS CHAPTER:
1- Futures Market provides forwarding pricing, attract speculators, Assemble, standardize, and grade commodities.
2- Hedgers primary motive is to cut costs.
3- Offsetting a futures contract doesn’t require deliver, in fact almost 97% of all contracts do not end with a deliver.

9- A Long hedge does a substitute purchase while the short hedge does a substitute sale.
10- Another difference between cash and futures Markets lies on inspections procedures, commodity grade and ability to offset before delivery.
11- Speculators besides assuming the risk provided by the hedgers they provide liquidity.
12- There are two types of options contracts. Call Option and Put Option. A Call option gives the purchaser of that option the right to purchase the underlying futures contract that accompanies an option. A Put option gives the purchaser of that option the right to sell the underlying asset within a certain time period at a specified price.
13- Speculators besides liquidity offer volume to the market. More contracts being exchanged when they are involved. Without volume, a contract’s price will tend to display increased volatility.
14- Forward contracts are different from futures contract because forward contracts are non-standard, non-regulated and non-competitive.
15- We go short a futures contract when we think the price of that commodity is going to decline. Our protection against a price decline is to go along with the decline (flow), and profit from it. So, in a declining market one goes short.
16- Short hedgers plans on selling his product on a future date.
17- Short the basis means that we do not have the physical commodity, but will need to buy in the future.
18- A Long put option position has the right to sell the underlying asset at a specified price during a certain time period. A long put is the option purchaser, and if he exercises, he receives a short futures position at the strike price of the option, and not the current market value.
19- A speculator sells a call when he expects prices to decline, and if they do, he keeps the premium.
20- Option contract is a wasting asset because the premium deteriorates as times passes. Futures contracts’ margin deteriorates as well, if prices go against you. In a flat market a call seller will keep the premium he received from the call holder. Both futures and options have limited duration.
